We are driven by the conditioning and memories of our past; which are causing us to be dependent on external environment always.
When the environment and people do not respond or act in a way we expect, we feel unhappy, miserable, incomplete, unworthy and experience several other lower emotions! 95% of the time, our experiences of today are same as yesterday. This is due to the limiting, redundant and fearful thoughts and feelings that we carry inside our sub-conscious mind. According to Quantum Physics, our observation creates our outer reality. Observation is nothing but our thoughts and feelings, often influenced by our external environment!

Energy Vortexes: Sedona is famous for its natural vortexes—areas where the Earth's energy is believed to be exceptionally concentrated, flowing, or spiraling. These are often categorized as upflow (masculine/electric) for inspiration, or inflow (feminine/magnetic) for reflection and compassion.
The Big Four Vortex Sites: While many feel the entire area is special, four main sites are frequently visited: Airport Mesa (view/ascension), Bell Rock (action), Cathedral Rock (intuition/reflection), and Boynton Canyon (balance).

Session Information
5-day Advanced Meditation Retreat Session Timings and Guidelines
The retreat begins on Day 1 — May 22nd at 2:00 PM PST and concludes by approximately 2:00–3:00 PM PST on Day 5 — May 26th.
Over the course of 5 days, there will be approximately 13-14 sessions, each lasting around 3 hours.
Each session will typically include:
* ~1.5 hours of meditation
* Wisdom talk/discussions for the remaining duration
Sessions will be a combination of indoor sessions in the hall and outdoor sessions in nature.
Daily Schedule
The timings below are indicative and include approximately 90-minute breaks between sessions. Actual timings may vary depending on the group’s energy and flow of the retreat. Exact timings will be communicated daily during the retreat.

* Sessions: 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM
* Followed by dinner
May 23 — Day 2
* Sessions: 5:30 AM – 7:00 PM
* Breakfast and lunch breaks and outdoor session included
May 24 — Day 3
* Sessions: 5:00 / 5:30 AM – 7:00 PM
* Breakfast and lunch breaks and outdoor session included
May 25 — Day 4
* Sessions: 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* Breakfast and lunch breaks and possible outdoor session included
May 26 — Day 5
* Sessions: 4:00 AM – 2:00 / 3:00 PM
* Breakfast and lunch breaks included
All included meals will be served in a nearby restuarant venue within 5min walking distance from the venue.
Outdoor Sessions
* There will be one outdoor session each on Days 2 and 3.
* A possible third outdoor session may be scheduled on Day 4.
* Exact timings will be communicated on the previous day.
* These sessions involve minimal walking and can comfortably be attended by anyone wearing normal walking shoes.
* The primary purpose of these sessions is group meditation at energy spots in nature.
* Participants may be asked to carry their yoga/meditation mat.
Transportation
* Outdoor locations are within 20-30min driving distance of the venue (not walking distance).
* Participants will need access to car transport.
* Organisers can assist in coordinating carpools due to the short travel distances.
* If you do not have personal transport, please contact an organiser or post your need in the WhatsApp group.
What to Bring for the Retreat
Please bring the following items to help you stay comfortable and fully prepared for the retreat experience:
* Light yoga/meditation mat
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor sessions.
* Earphones or AirPods/Earbuds
Noise-cancelling earphones are preferred, as they will be required for outdoor meditations.
* Light blanket, shawl, or pullover
Indoor meditation halls may sometimes feel cool due to central air conditioning, and deep meditation can also make participants feel colder.
* Loose and comfortable clothing
Comfortable attire is recommended throughout the retreat to help you stay relaxed and receive the maximum benefit from the meditation sessions.
* Pre-conference material
Please go through the suggested pre-conference material in advance for the best retreat experience and deeper participation.
Retreat Recommendations
To maximise the benefits of the retreat:
* Avoid intense physical activities in the evenings after sessions.
* Maintain as much silence as possible outside the sessions.
* Relax and rest at your hotel after the day’s sessions conclude.
* Prefer a light dinner in the evenings.
* Ensure proper rest, as sessions begin early in the morning and require active participation throughout the retreat.
Program Donation

Program Registration provides attendance to all sessions of the retreat. It includes Dinner on 22nd May and includes Breakfast & Lunch from 23rd May to 26th May

Accommodation is not included in the program donation. You will need to arrange your own stay. You may consider nearby options such as Hampton Inn Sedona, GreenTree Inn, Residence Inn by Marriott, or Airbnb.

All meals provided during the retreat are pure vegetarian. Eggs, meat, fish, alcohol, or intoxicants are strictly prohibited. The Foundation may not be able to accommodate special dietary requests.
